Mischief, Waco and the Two Minute Hate

You would probably be displaying excellent judjment. Erika Eleniak is a case in point, being of Ukrainian, German and Estonian heritage. Studies of autosomal DNA show that there's a genetic continuum including, roughly, the Scandinavian, Finno-Ugrian and Slavic peoples. This correlates well with the distribution of larger breasts, a feminine feature. Large penises, on the other hand, which are masculine features, correlate more with Africans and Latin Americans. I imagine this has something to do with endocrine activity, with NE Europeans, by and large, producing more estrogen and people in "hot" climates producing more androgen. Since all of us, male and female, produce both enzymes, and the amounts are affected by our environment, this may have a geographical component as well as genetic. Erika, by the way, has migrated to Southern California, where the gene pool is destined to become mixed with Latinos. I therefore have high hopes for the future of American genetic diversity.

So yes, you would be giving a value judgment; but there is some science behing it. For my part, I am convinced that my grandchildren are the most beautiful, talented and all-round fantastic yet well-balanced people in the world. There is probably good science behind that as well; but I admit, I may be a wee bit prejudiced. You went on,

I've seen some actual US official forms - and they have black/hisanic/white as multiple choice answwrs. Here such information is normally only collected on the national census - not as a general rule when applying for licences etc. Of course government instrumentalities such as police, border security would have race tags on individuals - simply because stereotypes have an element of truth.

That's an irony in America: sonce the Civil Rights Act, we are continually being hyper-classified by race, ancestry and religion by the liberals in power. Australia, of course had the "White Australia" policy in the early 1960s, when these factors actually were considered officially important in matters such as immigration; but since then, you've descended into an ethnic no-man's land like America (North and South).

This whole race thing is a dynamic process. When the Ostrogoths ruled the main part of the Western Roman Empire, they kept segregated from the general populace. There was a racial component (the OGs were of Scandanavian ancestry, heavily mixed with East European); and also a religious one -- The OGs were Arian Christians, the Romans orthodox and what would become Papist. Today, we see that the Papist, native element won the contest hands-down, the racial element got completely blended in, and the ruling Ostrogoths eventually mixed with the ruling Franks and others to form the core of 20th-Century European aristocracy.

That was the Italian experience. In Britain, the former Anglo-Saxon and Norman aristocracies have expanded over the years to include a "gentry" class, and maintained a separation based on speech. In India, the old Indo-Aryan vs. Dravidian/ Austronesian divide became enshrined in the Caste system. In America, of course, the old racial distinctions continue via the tried-and-true social sieve called "money"; so that Erika and her ilk will likely continue to inhabit the more scenic parts of Los Angeles County, while the Hispanics and Blacks will continue to find themselves more in the smog-shrouded lowlands. I don't put a value judgment on this all; it's just the world we live in.

You've taken something of a logical leap there, one with murderous implications. I believe there is only one God; that He is Who He is, and He doesn't "tailor make" himself to satisfy the whims of humans. With my having said this, you have lumped me in with some of the most bloodthirsty, barbarous people on the earth (the Sharia-promoting Islamists). What shall I expect, if people continue to make judgments of me like this? BATF agents attacking my house with tanks and National Guard helicopters, a la Waco? I believe in something quite reasonable and rational; but with your choice of words, you have made it into something monstrous -- all this, with an inoccuous turn of phrase. Mischief.

To the point, I do not follow Sharia; so obviously it is not "correct for me" in practice.

Great but you've left out arguably the most primary one - (1) Identity to self.

Rightly so. There is no such identity.

Yeah, as they say, "Ain't it awful!" Meanwhile, the Vietnamese killed us and we killed them; but the ones with the most sense are able to put it all behind them and make money in the deal. Someone said "Unforgiveness is like taking poison, and hoping it will kill the other person".

Again quoting me, you said,

Yes, today we Westerners are all fired up by our propagandists to hate the Jihadists. In a few years, we will channel that hatred against Christians and Jews. In a pinch, any scapegoat will do. In my own case, I expect that scapegoat to become "me" in the near future. Nothing personal, of course -- it's just the way we are. You went on,

Oh, there will be plenty of "taking down the bastards" then, on all sides:

In the end, the real battle is inside us.
