Where is Uncle Claudius? The President is off his rocker.Reader comment on item: The One-Minute Guide to Obama's Foreign Policy Submitted by Michael S (United States), Oct 13, 2015 at 20:37 Not one, the other, nor both. Obama is a delusional crazy man. I'm convinced of this, after seeing him on the "60 minutes" interview. Obama wasn't just lying, nor just in denial. He was lying through his teeth, then gesturing inappropriately. That makes him human, I suppose; but with mental issues. Oliver North, who was a psychopath, never betrayed his lies with changes in facial expressions. Obama isn't that bad; he just makes poorly disguised cover-up gestures. That's OK. What's bad, is that he seems to be lying to himself as much as to the reporter. Regardless of what Mr. Obama thinks, his Syria policy has been confusing and has led to turmoil in the area. I'm glad that Putin finally convinced him that it was a dumb idea, trying to find and arm "moderate Sunnis" other than the Syrian Kurds. I'm also glad Putin also got him to airlift equipment to Rohava (Syrian Kurdistan), to support our only actual ally in Syria. Now we just need somebody (perhaps Putin, perhaps someone else) to inform Obama that the Turks are actually fighting AGAINST us -- openly attacking the Kurds, while clandestinely (but obviously) aiding ISIL. Should we be backing Putin, and opposing our NATO ally? No, that wouldn't be good form. What Obama should do, it seems, is decide whom he wants to fight and when and get on with it, instead of trying to depose leaders with one hand and help them with the other. President Smirk seems to think it's all "logical"; but it isn't. It isn't, and our friends know it, and our enemies know it. Nero. Why does that name pop into my head? Caligula. Where is stammering Uncle Claudius when we need him?
