I have to disagree with this oneReader comment on item: The One-Minute Guide to Obama's Foreign Policy Submitted by Alexandros (United Kingdom), Oct 27, 2015 at 08:20 First of all blaming Obama for Iraq and Afghanistan is simply wrong, because the problems in both countries are rooted in the American invasion of the former dreadful presidency. Second, does anybody doubt that the rest of the world sees America exactly like you describe "the imperialism, militarism, and corporate greed of the United States as a menace to the outside world"? If there is something to blame Obama is that he did not manage to reverse that image, on the contrary using tactics of proxy wars he kept with the cowboy ways, he intervened in every possible country following the strategy of creating as much turmoil as possible in order to make Putin's life and Cninese life difficult. In this effort he is collaborating with the worst regimes and the wort people imagined. I would like from Doctor Pipes to explain his position against Iran in more detail, because i cannot understand what is the difference between the Saudi Regime and the Iranian Regime, or the Turkish Regime and the Iranian Regime. Even if the Iranian was vanished in a magical way what makes you think that this would ne any better for Israel or America? I can understand the Israeli government using this situation to gain more leverage in the US, but in essence what is the big problem comparing Iran with the rest of the regimes in the region? I also think that Iran has a thriving jewish community. How many Jews live in Saudi Arabia?
