America's sinking power

When reading this article, You get the impression, that Obama is to blame for America's sinking power. This is not true. America's sinking power is caused by economic and demographic reasons.

Economically, previous presidents have increased public debt immensely. At the same time USA has moved from a status as crditor to debitor.

At the same time countries like China have increased their production much faster than USA.

Last but not least, the population of USA, its western allies and Japan diminishes compared to the rest of the world. Therefore USA does have the power, it once had.
