I differ

Beyond a point the USA can in no way to control the events i other countries. If the countries in the Middle east are determined to cut each other's throat, there is very little outsiders can do. Perhaps they may exploit it , like Russia or ISIS or others, but the causes of unrest in many parts of th world cannot be fixed by America.
