Shari'ah: the path to life giving waters, is an integral part of Islam. Its about Allah's soverignty; his absolute monopoly on decision, legislation & rule, which he shared with Moe and his caliphs.

Shari'ah is the Qur'an, exemplified by the sunnah. How can you hope to separate it from Islam?

Class warfare aside, Balkaniozation is a tactic, not an integral part of the ideology of the 'crats. Granted, the Marxists have subverted the party.

Obamination: I agree that he is a Muslim. Reliance assumes that the offspring of a Muslim are to be raised as Muslims. If the brat does not observe the compulsory salat when he reaches a certain age, the father must beat him. Hedaya makes it plain in clear language that the offspring of Muslims are Muslims.

Was Obamination ever observant? I neither know nor care. Had he genuinely converted to Christianity, he would not pander to Muslims as he does, he would condemn Islam. Wait to see how the balance hangs when he meets Allah.
