The Gingham Trump and the Calico CruzReader comment on item: MEF's Surprising Straw Poll on Trump Submitted by Michael S (United States), Apr 11, 2016 at 15:33 I've checked on the latest betting odds for the 2016 Election, at https://electionbettingodds.com/ For the Democratic Nomination, Clinton trounces Sanders by 86.2% to 12.3% (with 1.5% for Biden) That means that Hillary and Bill (Remember, they will BOTH be in the White House) will face off in November against Gingham Dog Trump and Calico Cat Cruz: The Duel The gingham dog and the calico cat The gingham dog went "Bow-wow-wow!" The Chinese plate looked very blue, -- Public Domain, c/o https://www.poets.org/poetsorg/poem/duel Moving on with the betting odds, we see that very little in deed will be left of either the Gingham Dog or the Calico Cat: 65.8% Hillary Clinton Elsewhere, the Real Clear Politics still show Kasich with an edge over Clinton; but considering that nobody even knows Kasich, and he hasn't got a snowball's chance in Hades of being nominated, this doesn't mean much. If Trump is squeezed out of the nomination, the press and the Establishment will turn their guns on whoever survives; and it will be NASTY. If Trump gets nominated, on the other hand, with prominent fellow Republicans calling him a Fascist and a Nazi, his uphill battle will become essentially vertical. Congratulations to all the gung-ho Neocons out there: You've put the Clintons in the White House.
