Form vs. Matter: From Aristotle ... to the Supreme Court of the United States

I just happened to be reading about Confucianism and its Ethics, which partially explains China, a very different tradition to us.

For the West, however, a better reference is Aristotle. In the context of the Constitutions of States, Aristocracy, Oligarchy, and Democracy, which are Forms of Government, he distinguished Matter, which are the People. It would be consistent with his views to consider the difference between Athenians and Spartans as inseparable from the nature of their governments. Accordingly, flooding Europe with Millions of Muslims it should be obvious that the Jude-Christian population would be watered down. Civilization and Culture "reside" so to speak in the minds and bodies of living human beings. Incidentally, this is not Racism of the 19th century in which a crack-pot pseudo-scientific theory attained popularity and subsequent notoriety. Putting birth, genetics, or DNA aside, it is obvious that humans learn a religion and culture at home and at school.

On a far smaller scale, we know that what is Constitutional in the United States depends to a certain extent on whether a Republican (Conservative) or Democrat (Liberal) get nominated and appointed.

In summary, flooding Europe with millions of Muslims means the Islamization of Europe. That good if you're a Muslim, but not if you're a Christian, Jew, Secularist, or something else. Discrimination is not always Racism, sometimes its just preservation of one's values. In modern times, what has Islam produced, besides Oil and Suicide Bombings, and ISIS, and an Ideology of Islamist which is really inseparable from Religious Cults. And the way to prevent such phenomena is to Discriminate in ones Immigration and Refugees laws. It is unfortunate, but Islamism is a Social Disease - even if it isn't Biological in the Racist sense. And we cannot vet, or distinguish, those who are "infected" with it from the majority of Muslims who are good people. It is unfortunate that we must use the implicit Metaphor of Disease, or Germs, something that that Evil Character (whose name I omit) used to do.
