I will be happy to see the Martians get on their spaceships and leave.Reader comment on item: Minimize Middle East Mistakes Submitted by Michael S, Dec 20, 2016 at 13:46 Hi, Robert "Putting birth, genetics, or DNA aside, it is obvious that humans learn a religion and culture at home and at school." ...and in the neighborhood. Genetics is also very much at play. My autistic son's behavior cannot be explained merely by his upbringing. It's interesting, that as we learn more and more about genetics (which clearly delineate races), our politicians lean ever-so-much more backwards insisting that races do not exist. This is probably more insane than Hitler's racial theories. Looking at the election maps since, say, 1960 (when my parents' "Great Generation" became Presidents); and especially since 1992 (when the "Baby Boomers" took over), the sharp regional divides are mind-boggling. So are the divides along ethnic groups. There is definitely a "White Kook" ethnicity, apparently descended from rebellious New Englanders, who vote along with the Blacks, Secular Jews and some other minorities to give us Socialist monstrosities like Obama and Clinton; whereas "Middle America" tends to be much more conservative and capitalist; so there is much to be said about how we, to a large extent, carry our preferred system of government around with our skin. There are exceptions, but this is the rule. When DC votes Republican, I will be convinced that this rule has been broken. "In summary, flooding Europe with millions of Muslims means the Islamization of Europe. That good if you're a Muslim, but not if you're a Christian, Jew, Secularist, or something else." Yes. I believe Geert Wilders was just convicted as a criminal for saying as much. This leads me to another observation -- that the Establishments in the EU and North America probably are not humans at all, but aliens from another planet. We have been invaded, and Mars is winning so far. "In modern times, what has Islam produced, besides Oil and Suicide Bombings, and ISIS, and an Ideology of Islamist which is really inseparable from Religious Cults." I'm thinking, I thinking... those certainly are things that Muslims excel in, as a group. Am I a bigot, for noticing this? "And the way to prevent such phenomena is to Discriminate in ones Immigration and Refugees laws." That seems to be the conclusion of the "Conservative Anti-Establishment" movement in the US and Europe. It will be nice, if they can succeed, and humans can take over the planet again. "Nice", I say, but not Utopian -- humans have problems of their own, very large problems; but I will be happy to see the Martians get on their spaceships and leave.
