Genetics vs. Racism

Dear Michael S.

I wish to advise you not to conflate these two related but different concepts.

In 19th & 20th century Europe, the Science of Biology was in the process of development.
Scientists, in Universities and Laboratories began to understand and appreciate
the role of Heredity in Populations, Human as well as Animals.
Perhaps the Brit, Charles Darwin was among the first.

However, another phenomena also developed.
That was the empowerment of Crackpots,
with their Pamphleteer and Coffee House theories
culminating this the view that there were the following Human Races on Earth:
(1) White, (2) Brown, (3) Yellow), (4) Red, (5) Black, & (6) Green.
Green I just invented for your benefit to catalog Martians.

The order above was to exhibit that of Superiority and Inferiority,
with the White Man as Superior.

When Hitler came along, this Category was reduced to three:
(1) the Superior Creative Germanic people, (2) the Middle Slavs or Slaves,
and the Destroyers, Jews & Gypsies. Probably for pragmatic reasons,
Hitler had not publicly classified the Japanese, his allies, or the Chinese.
Similarly, the Arabs, known to be Semites, were no maligned,
probably because Hitler need Amin al-Husseini, the Mufti of Jerusalem as an ally.
Similarly, the Italians of the Mediterranean were Brown when Mussolini was an ally,
and Rudolph Valentino was already a non-blond non-blue-eyed hero
in the USA during the Golden Age of Hollywood;
so Hitler conveniently omitted the Brown people of his Racist Tantrums and Propaganda.

So, I hope you realize, how important it is
to dismiss Crackpot Racist Theories from any political discourse?
On the other hand, Genetics, is like brain surgery,
would you wish the "common man" to remove a tumor from a medical patient?
When discussing political issues, there is no place of Genetics either;
leave that, in the case of illness, to the Scientific Medical Profession.

On the other hand, beware of Leftists (like Noam Chomsky, or Max Blumenthal),
and threatened alleged "non-Whites" (as in "Black Lives Matter")
who go to other other extreme when Islam, and its Muslim practitioners,
are subject to criticism and questioning
as to why their Religion of "Submission" and/or Culture of Jihad,
produce Terrorists, in the form of Suicide Bombers and Homicidal Truck Drivers
while shouting before their Death and Murders, "GOD IS GREAT."
This, incidentally, has nothing to to with Race, Genetics, or DNA;
but I submit that it has everything to do
in the 21st Century with the Religious Practices of Islam
everywhere where Muslims are born and are raised as children.

So perhaps a call to a Modern Crusade is one appropriate remedy;
but there are roughly 1.5 billion Muslims in the world.
The hope therefore must be at encouraging Reform
away from its Wahhabi or Salafi Fundamentalism,
the version allegedly practiced around 700 AD
shortly after Muhammad's demise.
