Trump and Putin Making Deals

Dear Daniel Pipes,

I think you are underestimating Donald Trump. After 8 years of a master rhetorician, Barack Obama, you are probably mislead by The Donald's incapacity to utter a sentence which would get a grade above D in a literature class; as Donald would say: That very, very, very bad, bad." It seems he has a limited vocabulary, and that makes one underestimate him.

Having watched, and appreciated his "The Apprentice," a reality show which ran for about 11 years, I can now anticipate how Reality will imitate Fiction.

I expect The Donald to put enormous pressure on the world to recognize Israel and to impose extremely unfavorable conditions of the Palestinians. First, the American Embassy will move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Next, there will be no restrictions on any "Settlements" by the USA.

Although it is difficult to anticipate Trumps policy, one can forecast his actions, assu8ming that Countries are merely large real estate deals. When Trump wanted to purchase his villa in Florida, and the heinous refused to stoop to selling it to him, Trump purchased the beach front property and threatened to construct structures which would ruin the view of the property he desired. The result was a drastic drop in price, and the property was finally sold to him.

I expect Trump to do the same with the Palestinians, and all their Arab and Muslim, and European allies. Unless the proposed deal is negotiated in good faith, and under terms acceptable to Israel, Trump will push the Israelis to build with total disregard to the fate of the Palestinians; Trump will not be at all as nice or fair as Obama - and he will have Putin as his ally on this demand. Putin is already an enemy of Sunni Islam; turning against the Palestinians will cost him nothing much. Egypt's Sisi is already receptive to Trump. And the Saudis no longer have much regard for the Palestinians.

In summary, I think Trump is the man to impose your terms - "Victory" upon Israel by a total "Defeat" upon the Palestinians.
