Israel seems to be already "winning" by occupying more territory and limiting and making life in the occupied territory farily miserable. What do you mean by a victory? Declare the negotiating are over? You have almost done that already. Do you intend to make the lot of the Araba on the West bank worse yet? Really, the whole idea makes no sense to me. Why don't you explain what "Victory" mean now.
