Winning against ISIS

Simple, if common sense would raise it's beautiful head; Israel has treaty, Arab states comply, and support for Iran and ISIS should dwindle. I though of this again, when President Trump stated that ISIS should be destroy and the news commentators said that all of it cannot be done. Why? They depend on personal as well as money and arms, so if no persons to shot their guns, what are their options? So, support of Israel can damage Iran's and Russia's global aspirations, if the countries affected would cooperate and not oppose a Free and strong Israel.
