Hi, Robert

You are saying, essentially, that the "miraculous" is about to happen, with rather normal political changeovers. More specifically, you asked me:

"do you not see that Europe is about to replace its Liberal Elite with a Grass Roots which will favor Israel over the Arab and Muslim millions of invaders...?"

No, I don't see this. Theodor Herzl was correct, in saying that Antisemitism is endemic in Europe. There was a brief intermission from this after WWII, when a guilt complex overcame Europeans (especially Germans). The current renewal of antiSemitic and anti-Israel attacks is not just from the Arabs. It is being resurrected by politicians and academics on the left AND on the right. This is less obvious in the US, but it is moving in that direction. Just consider all the Neo-Nazis and Neo-Klanists like David Duke: They are definitely against the "Liberal Elite"; but they are also extremely antiSemitic and anti-Israel.

The current backlash against Liberalism and political correctness, which gave us Donald Trump in the US and the prospect of Brexit in the UK, has a definite shelf life. Remember that these populist movements are up against the most powerful forces in the world, many of them represented in the DAVOS Forum:

http://www.cnbc.com/2017/01/16/as-world-leaders-descend-upon-wef-2017-in-davos-the-gender-debate-rumbles-on.html

The link may give you some idea of the people there: world leaders, such as President Xi of China; the principal bankers and capitalists, etc. These are the people who HAVE BEEN controlling the world, and who will CONTINUE to control it. Note that even President-Elect Trump has picked the head of Exxon, as well as several Goldman Sachs alumni to his team; and that Theresa May played just as comfortably with the "Remain" camp she was part of, as she does now with the "Brexiters". Some of the leading figures have been changing places; but when the dust settles, you will find that policies will continue rather seamlessly. Even Theresa May is putting on a show of supporting Israel, as the US Inauguration Day comes nigh; but remember that she and all her Western colleagues in the Security council (France, Japan, etc.) voted AGAINST Israel on the very important UNSC resolution.

Concerning Donald Trump, his election has been a reprieve from some of the mad excesses of Obama; that's all. I don't expect him to be elected again in 2020; and I suspect that his successor (who may even be his son-in-law) will be pro-Israel in his first turn, then turn suddenly against the Jewish State. I can discuss my reasons for believing this; but I won't do it in this post.

Concerning the UN, it has been fairly effective, in what it set out to accomplish. It was formed by the winning powers from WWII: the US, the USSR, the UK, France and (Nationalist) China. Its purpose has been to maintain a world order based on those powers (who all have a veto in the UNSC). With the exception of China, whose place was given to the Communists in 1971, that objective has been maintained. Israel is the object of many UNGA resolutions; but it is not, and is not considered to be, important in the general scheme of things.

None of the above can reverse the fact, that the world is going, figuratively, to hell in a handbasket. A nuclear holocaust is just about guaranteed in about 11 years; and an attack on Israel by its enemies in Europe and America (Afghanistan-, Libya- and Kosovo- style) is just the sort of thing that would precipitate a nuclear exchange. That is where we are heading; and life beyond that point is dependent on a MAJOR miracle -- not the rearranging of the Titanic deck chairs that you noted is happening in Europe today..
