Is calling it "Hantavirus" anti-Korean? Attention our dear Deb and MichaelReader comment on item: Conspiracy Theories in a Time of Virus [COVID-19] Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Mar 25, 2020 at 06:52 Dear readers, Check this link to NY Post about a man who died from Hantavirus. Oh, this happened in China! Well, Hantavirus is transmitted by "consuming" bodily fluids of infected mice and rats. Well, the disease was discovered in the early 1950's in Korea and was named after a river in Korea called Hantan river. Is this also "racism" and "barbarism" our dear Michael and Deb? Here is the article https://nypost.com/2020/03/24/man-who-died-on-bus-in-china-tests-positive-for-hantavirus/ Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
