Who needs EMP these days? Nuclear weapons are expensive, take a long time to develop, and getting there attracts a stronger power's anger. Biological weapons these days look far easier to achieve. Here's how. Say China feeds their political prisoners, or the million muslims in camps, bats and snakes. Eventually a new gulag virus will emerge and break out. In an act of sudden enlightenment, finally seeing the light of human rights, China would release the political prisoners. After the West has taken all of them in as asylum seekers they start the newpandemic. The only challenge: how to hit "America first".
