Question for our dear Md Shafiq is it true that the Quran says that it is Allah must be the one who "wrote" the coronavirus for humanity?

Our dear Md Shafiq who does not live in Saudi Arabia anymore! I wonder why. The Qur'an says in Surat al-Tauba 51:

قل لن يصيبنا الا ماكتب الله لنا

Oh I forgot that you cannot read speak or write Arabic this verse can be rendered as:

Say, Nothing will harm/affect us except what Allah wrote for us

This means that Allah created the coronavirus and he harmed human beings with it. This means that we can only blame your Allah and not China for the coronavirus pandemic! You think we should tell China that your Allah and not bats or bat soup or contamination that might have occured at Level 4 virology laboratory in Wuhan China, are the source of the coronavirus? What dot you think?

Dear readers: This is what the Muslim mufasereen called القضاء والقدر or al-Qada' wa al-qadr or predestination which means Allah plans every thing pandemics included!
