One doesn't get far nowadays, saying that "acts of God" are caused by God. Nevertheless, this is a moot point here: The Muslim "Allah" is not God.

BTW, Adonai definitely allowed the COVID virus, to accomplish His own purposes, though I doubt that He made it: It's probably a chimera, manufactured by the Chinese Communist military.
