Irony in Postulating Jewish InvisibilityReader comment on item: Islam's Surprising Impact on Daily Life Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Dec 7, 2021 at 11:50 In following Dr. Pipes' MEF regarding the world-wide obsession of how to deal with the Jewish heritage in the Levant and the Galilee, the Jordan Valley and the Negev, if there is one thing more apparent than other observations to be made, does Islam really have more to add to the culture of the world it influences than say, Christianity or the true basis for its presence, Judaism? Actually, look around: there is nowhere in the world that Judaism has not reached, if not for being a conquering empire, but for seeking places to hide from the empires that sought and seek decimation of the Jewish existence. Invisibility is the cloaking they tried to employ to lead lives in peace and security, only to be collected and gathered (like in villages of pogroms) for being the stick in the mud against a world that has been prodded and poked into a hatred only the sons of perdition could be expected to employ in seeing Judaism expunged from the global presence.
