Our dear Renox صلى الله عليه وسلم and Refuting the Fable of "Pharaoh the Pharaoh" and His Wife that never existed.Reader comment on item: Islam's Surprising Impact on Daily Life Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Dec 16, 2021 at 10:58 Our dear Renox, and more Shish Kabab Falafel and Hummus, wrote: >Islam ultimately embraces the past and education is a search for origins; and fulfillment of the Prophet's message. "Islam ultimately embraces the past and education in search for origins"? Seriously? The Qur'an's story of the "Exodus" is to say the least no more than nonsense. We are told that the name of the Pharaoh is فرعون or Pharaoh, which is a title not a name. But again Abul Qasim had no clue that it is not a name and that there were lots of Pharaohs! More disasters? We are told that his wife's name is اسية بنت مزاحم or Asiya Bint Muzahem which is clearly an invented Semitic name! Oh did I say that she converted to Islam some 2000 years before the birth of Abul Qasim the PUBH? Mashallah Enter 2021 and every tablighee and his cousin tell us that the well preserved mummy of Ramses the Second (oh did I mention that they tell us that فرعون the فرعون of the Qur'an is Ramese the Second?) is a sign from Allah that he preserved his body. The real disaster here is it was an Egyptian priest that mummified his body. So was Allah an Egyptian priest too? More disasters? We are told that the wife of Ramses the Second was اسية بنت مزاحم Mashallah! oh and Nefertari his real wife Check this http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/ramesses2squeens.htm Oh, here is Tafsir al-Qurtubi of Quran: Surat al-Tahreem:11 and notice that there is no mention of the name of Ramses or Nefertari. And another bogus history and bogus claim by Muslims refuted So do tell us our dear Renox al-tablighee is this real history or historical gobbledygook by the author of the Qur'an? PS: For those that can read Arabic, notice that there is no definite article or al al-ta'reef before the Quranic word "Pharaoh" which makes it very clear that the word "Pharaoh" in the Quran is a name and not a title Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
