Question is again for the psychologists to answerReader comment on item: How Muslims Can Catch Up Submitted by Prashant (United States), Aug 11, 2022 at 03:00 Dear Dr Pipes, M Tovey makes a theological argument based on the Torah and poses a challenge for Islam. Little does Mr Tovey realize that Islam is a foolproof airtight system that Mr Tovey cannot penetrate. Muslims have an airtight defense against Bible-based theological arguments: The Bibles are corrupted words of God. End of story. Now what do you except crying in frustration? So, I suggest that Islam is not a question for theologists. It is a question for the psychologists: what sort of mental processes make a billion people believe in Islam so deeply (that they kill others for Islam routinely) despite its so many deficiencies. Any academic department wants to take this research topic? I doubt it. They will rather write policy papers on diversity and tell me that I am not a human but a brown-human.
