Since I was a teenager I have realized that the difference between Liberals and Conservatives is that the Conservatives care only about how much is being spent, no matter what it is for. The Liberals care more about people and are willing to spend what is necessary to do what ever is ethical and moral for the general good. If something is needed and worth it, then the money should be spent.
