To U Know Who: The concept of "Palestine" is completely contrived

The name "Palestine" was invented by the Romans who razed Jerusalem after 70 AD. The word didn't even exist before then. So the idea of a "Palestinian" in itself is systemically flawed.

Furthermore, travelers to the region before 1882 when the Jews started to arrive en masse noted that it was almost completely uninhabited. While there some nomadic and residential inhabitants, Arab immigrants and in-migrants only began to move to the region after the Jews began working the land again and building industry. The idea that a "Palestinian population" flourished in the region before the late 1800s is completely mythical.
