I commend you for a reasoned response "Abu Daar", to bad you don't see the roots of Islam.Reader comment on item: Palestinians Who Helped Create Israel Submitted by kman (United States), Apr 3, 2009 at 00:46 There are two Qurans that oppose each other. That should clearly negate both as they can't decide which is the truth. There is a great deal of the Quran that is good. The reason is, because it came originally from the Biblical versions of Isa's teachings. I'm sorry you can't see the original teachings of Isa as they were originally taught. From the beginning he never contradicted himself until Muhaamad distorted what had he originally learned of Jesus teachings. Once he got a taste of military power, his views suddenly & "divinely" changed. You now have two Qurans that suit the purpose of spreading Islam by whichever teaching happens to fit the convenience of the moment. Jesus will return & no matter by which name you call him, he won't be the god of Islam. Read Jesus original teachings in the Bible. It is not the American or British or western Bible. There are those of those locales who believe in it, but it didn't come from them. It came from the man/God Jesus who was the Christ, the prophesied Messiah. The integrity, truth, and love of God can't be matched by any other human representation of who they wish or think God to be. Anything of value you find in the Quran is already in the Bible. The latter says it much more beautifully, truthfully, and truly to the nature of what we would expect from that which we call God & what you think "Allah" is. Satan is far greater a power than any humans give him credit for. He will always come along after God has done a great work and distort, deceive, and twist truth so that it appears to be great, but different enough to sour the whole batch. Once the seed of lie is planted within a good document, the whole thing becomes just as bad as the lie. A human body can look healthy even when infested with cancer cells. Only when the cancer has fully inserted its decadence, does the harm become apparent - to late. The pure form of God's word came long before Muhaamad. Don't be deceived by the appearance of "truth" that has within it the seeds of a lie. The seeds will eventually destroy the surrounding appearances of truth. The Old Testament Bible tells the many stories of God's model of the eventual sacrifice of the "perfect" lamb. That's what all the bloodletting of "perfect" animals was all about. Man still failed to live up to the law as God knew and said they would. Consequently, he finally provided the one pure and perfect sacrifice of his own perfect Son (as he referred to himself - the "lamb"). The lessons and prophecies are all there in the Old testament and beautifully provided for by the eventual divinely sired birth of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Look for the whole truth & you will find it. A little bit or even a lot of good within a book is still destroyed entirely by whatever bit of deception, distortion, or decay has inserted itself into it. That is the Satanic plan played out very capably within the Quran. You can dress it up, pretty it up, and pour sugar all over it, but a single spore of a virus will still destroy the entire enchilada.
