How can you be proud!!Reader comment on item: The Voice of America, Silenced on Radical Islam Submitted by Mansoor (Pakistan), Apr 18, 2009 at 03:24 I understand that you are losing your cool!! but do you think that Pakistan should surrender its right to revenge India for all the wounds inflicted by a big neighbor since 1947. In my opinion it can't be done now. India with the help of USA and Israel were taking the task to dismantle Pakistan but it is Allah's will that Pakistan is bearing all the open and hidden attacks since long. May be you think that Pakistan is going to vanish from the world's scene but may be possible that your dreams may not reach the climax. The reason for this assertion is internal crisis rising in your own country. Maoists and Naxals are now a firing force which has taken the major part of India under their guns. Your security agencies are unable to handle their actions when they freely attack their targets with their guerilla force comprising men and women. Kashmiris never took notice of your so called Elections there which were ignored since half century and their impact on Kashmiri's lives is next to zero. I would suggest that you shoud be bold enough to accept the reality. I just cannot understand that when will you come out of Pakistan phobia, but I do believe that this phobia would soon make India dismantle like nothing!! Right now India tried on all fronts to prove Pakistan as a failed state and a country taking last breath. For that we saw Mumbai attacks and latest denial of Ajmal Kasab from involvement in those attacks and declaring that he confessed the crime on police torture is a slap on your face. Ironically, only Ajmal's video clips and clear pics were available minutes after 26/11 which proved that the video clips were taken much earlier than the incident happened. The story would unfold soon when you will have to dug your face in mud again and again. Further, you raised the issue of Sikhs giving Jazya in one of your posts...By the way you are ignoring the biggest Jazya game going on on your own soil. Do you know Bala Sahib Thackeray the king of Shiv Sena who is undeclared king of Maharashtra. Hope you remember the name of Amit Karla the main activist of Shiv Sena who was the cruel culprit behind the kindnapping of rich industrialists inside Mumbai and in Maharashtra. He asked ransom from them and on refusing he killed many cold bloodedly. You can find 1000s of articles, stories and the news of innocent industrialists yelling for security and safety. The Shiv Sena vultures are kidnapping and taking ransom from minorities like Muslims, Sikhs and Christians in special.. But...your focus is only set on Talibans. You don't want to see the ugliest game played by your own Sangh Pariwar's Shiv Sena, Ram Sena, RSS, Bajrang Dal etc etc. Wikpedia is a great source to understand the black face of India's extremist label. Here is a news clip for your knowledge. http://www.business-standard.com/india/storypage.php?autono=345395 The News is haunting!! The management of Cummins India today expressed concern over the safety and security of the employees working at its Pune plant, while reacting to the two-month long agitation by Shiv Sena over the dismissal of six workers by the company. .rightDiv2{float:right;position:relative;width:220px;BORDER:#787962 1px solid;padding:5px} .leftDiv2{float:left;position:relative;width:140px} The management clarified that it had followed legal procedures to dismiss the six workers on disciplinary grounds and asked these workers to challenge the company decision in the industrial court. The local Shiv Sena unit has been holding protests outside the company's Pune plant for more than two months over the dismissal of the workers and allegations of the company not giving preference to the locals in recruitment. "On December 30, 2008, Shiv Sena workers staged an agitation outside the company premises to prevent staffers entering the company. This was done despite a court order over not holding any activity around the company. All this led to production cut on this particular day," said Cummins India Vice-President Vikram Jaisinghani. "Cummins India suspended these six workers on disciplinary ground two years ago. After that, the company conducted an independent enquiry in which, the workers were found guilty. Hence, we dismissed these six workers in January 2008. Instead of approaching the industrial court, these workers have joined Shiv Sena, who in turn are creating problems for us," Jaisinghani added. Shiv Sena had also raised the issue of "Sons of Soil" and alleged that Cummins India did not recruit Maharashtrians. The company management, however, dismissed this claim and said the plants in Maharashtra recruit more than 90 per cent. "We have approached the police as our senior management professionals are receiving threats from Shiv Sena leaders," Jaisinghani claimed. I hope you would understand the face of your own black sheeps.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
