Allegations Relating to the Alleged Crimes are Made Manifest by International Community, Media

Since it is apparent that your mentality is to take any position that is anti-American (for it is also apparent that your up-bringing trended to that from the early years f of your life), let us dispense with the idea that your questions are nothing more than a means to build a further case to support that actions of those who would see the demise of America as a good thing. Be that as it may, you are in common company, and for that matter, enjoy your comradery for as long as you can.

You do not get a clear answer regarding my position for you are treating it from an argumentative standpoint, not one of discernment. You have again inserted your own understanding of the issues that America has regarding Assange, that you have listened to the news media's versions of the actins and activities of Assange and his entourage, and have drawn some kind of conclusion that Assange has done the world a favor. Be that as it may, you are in common company, and for that matter, enjoy your elation for as long as you can.

You again make the assumption that I have some personal reason for putting Assange to the test for his actions, and yet you have not taken the time to actually understand my position regarding Assange. Remember, America is not the only entity that has charges against Assange; and the charges against Assange from outside the United States appear to be more egregious that that purported to be coming from America. That's my position about Assange; and since I have not personally read the allegations of his misconduct, I cannot make any factual assertions that would allow me to determine his innocence or guilt. Others have that knowledge and they would be better to consult on this than me.

But you ask, what is Assange's crime? I return with: what are the facts? Assange is alleged to be in possession of property not properly acquired. Under United States law, that would mean he is alleged to be in possession of stolen property. That is a felony in most parts of this country. The material he is alleged to be in possession of is said to be documents of privileged ownership that is not his to claim. Further, since he gained possession of these documents from another individual who did not own these documents either, there is the potential charge of conspiracy in the commission of a felony. But since Assange is not an American citizen, and his alleged actions were not committed in an American jurisdiction, recourse evidently requires international disposition.

Now let us address the more insidious aspect of what Assange is a part of, that of receiving the stolen material from an American source. That American source is in more of a delicate position than Assange. If, in fact, the American source, being military, did obtain the alleged material from privileged sources that he/she were not sanctioned to have access to, and if there are sensitive parts which could conceivably be determined to have national security or military issues, then there is the potential charge of treason. Further, if there is intelligence regarding any active military actions in a time of war, it would be a capital crime to be handled in a Court Martial. If a special allegation of espionage is attached, then Assange could be in further trouble in collusion with the American source. All of that remains to be seen and I will assume nothing until the charges are preferred in the appropriate jurisdiction.

On the other hand, appearances, something the media seems better at promoting than truth, make out Assange as some form of dark hero, thwarting the 'big' international interests and once again the global inspirations of 'big' political machineries are embarrassed at being called out on their intrigues. From this perspective, they have written their own scripts for embarrassment; for if their actions were properly justified, then nothing embarrassing would be of any concern. And the media would have ignored it for boredom. There is a subliminal lesson to be learned here about the media and their love affair with sensationalism.

I will reiterate that it is not within my purview to provide proof of Assange's alleged acts, his purported associations with those who would promote him to hero status, nor will I engage in trying to prosecute him for his alleged misdeeds. He has his own conscience to deal with in his part of the perpetrated acts and the powers that be who are charged to see that justice is performed have their own responsibilities. That statement that I made (but neither does Assange understand that as well; and he is willing to compromise freedom and liberty for the sake of his commercial enterprise, for is has no appearance of conscience) is an observance of Assange's own words and those with whom he aligns himself. I will leave it to his own words to provide your explanation, for I will not put words in his mouth. Read what he has said and within your own conscience make your own determination.

Let us now resort to the issue you appear to have with freedom and liberty. I would preface that with the previously made statement, that if one has not been born to and made part of the original intent of the American Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, the concept of freedom and liberty as it relates to American Citizenship is a hard one to grasp, dare I say nearly impossible to comprehend unless the underlying principles are embraced.

As for asking questions of the government of men, we are told in the Hebrew Holy Bible to ask questions of discernment, making determinations where justice is required and motives analyzed. If it is determined that there is no Spiritual guidance sought after in governing by honest principles, then the questioning is justified. On the other hand, where it is specifically determined that a principle that has the authority of the WORD of the LORD backing it up, then a greater application of judgment by the power of the Holy Spirit results and a greater power must be answered to. Much of 'Western Culture' has lost its moorings on that very question, this we see the issues of 'Western Culture' versus the Middle East and Asian cultures joined. There is a final judgment for that coming as well. From that standpoint, 'Western Culture' has ceased in the progress for searching out truth, and the Asian cultures have only sought ways to not be 'Western' for at least a thousand years or more; and ne'er the twain shall meet.

From the perspective that true spiritual things are no longer sought after by the majority of the global community, then the 'unBiblical' things that have engrossed the planetary consciousness are indeed at the source of so much societal unrest and the 'inquisitiveness' you refer to is nothing more than a means to remain distracted as the world continues its march to oblivion.

As for you not wanting to hear the rhetoric of the truth of the WORD of the LORD, you have already heard its message; it is your unwillingness to hear its direct message to you that you cannot encounter without asking the questions of its truth. I cannot help you with that. That must be asked of Jesus Christ.
