Future Confrontations with Islamists

I have to agree with you, Dr. Pipes, that slowly but surely political leaders are coming around to the facts; that Islamism is indeed a social and political force and not just your everyday well-rounded religion.

However, the more these political leaders fight the rising tide the higher the tide will get. The Islamists, when they don't get their way, fight back with fury. Expect increased terrorist threats and acts of violence. My only hope is that the leaders don't back down out of fear of reprisals.

I think the only way to confront Islamism is by force. They respect forceful leaders and they do not respect weak leaders; history has proven that. My only fear is the backlash it will produce. There will be fights in the streets and the public should be made aware of that. Islamism is much like Nazism. Nazism was after all based on a Germanic pagan belief system not too unlike Islam. Aryanism was a cult ideology that spread like wildfire due to the indoctination of its youth. Islam indoctrinates its youth in the same manner. Islamism believes it is superior to other religions. Nazism believed in Aryans as the superior race and Nazism the superior ideology.

Hitler admired the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammad Amin al-Husayni, Yasir Arafat's uncle, as did Henrich Himmler, not just because they had a common enemy in the Jews, but because they admired them for their value of death over life. Hitler once remarked, "You see, it's been our misfortune to have the wrong religion. Why didn't we have the religion of the Japanese, who regard sacrifice for the Fatherland as the highest good? The Mohammedan religion too would have been much more compatible to us than Christianity. Why did it have to be Christianity with its meekness and flabbiness?" [Albert Speer. 1971. Perhaps it will be this realization, that Islamism is not to far afield from Hitler's Nazism, that will bring Europe a new found freedom from Islam. The only other thing to worry about is Islamic demographics.
