Not so optimistic

But a closer reading will show the Cameron wants 'moderate' decoupled from 'Muslim' since it compromises Islam by pre-supposing 'immoderate' Muslims. There must be only one laudable norm and if this norm is flouted by argument that authentic Islamic teachings can inspire immoderate attitudes, sympathies, or actual conduct, then the infernal precipitation of the beyond redemption Weapons of Moral Destruction of racism or 'Islamophobia',et al, would pour down. Polished use of the exculpatory 'context', and retrospective contemporising moral equivalence would be expected as well.

Private expression of personal opinion is to be inculcated as public expression that should have no expectation of confidentiality. An audience is an audience whether it one other or an hundred. And if overhead, others will be expected to fulfil the same obligation as if the substance was outright criminal. Children in schools are already being listed for putatively 'phobic' and other remarks. Imagine the furtive whisperings of opinion, if at all, in the home, for fear of getting grassed up by their kids at school and having them confiscated out of an 'abusive' domestic environment. In fact the British are being assimilated into an EU and corporate propelled Islamic mindset that in the rapid process of cognitively re-orientating them away from almost everything they have taken for granted by subverting the undergirding fundamentals of their traditional national culture, and very probably, is now past the point of no return.
