Is Norquist's religion relevant?Reader comment on item: Is Grover Norquist an Islamist? Submitted by Dan Juma (Japan), Jun 24, 2011 at 05:22 The man's personal religion is irrelevant, but his attitude to the United States is. Grover Norquist is an avowed enemy of the United States' Constitution. He wants to destroy our government. That his economic policies, designed to "starve the beast" (perhaps he thinks the US government is Dajjal?) are even now destroying America's ability to finance its government is what we should be concerned about, not whether he prays, fasts and gives zakat.
