If anyone other than Daniel Pipes had written this, well....Reader comment on item: Is Grover Norquist an Islamist? Submitted by Dr. Ed Cutting (United States), Nov 28, 2012 at 01:19 If anyone other than Daniel Pipes had written this, I would have rejected it out of hand. A bit of Christian theology here -- if this were a Universalist/Unitarian Minister that would be one thing (they will marry *anyone*) but the Methodists (and Baptists) are the saneist of the old-line Protestant Churches. But what is with Massachusetts -- for a state with so few Republicans, we do seem to have an awful lot of party bigwigs. This is interesting. Last summer, Michelle Bachmann -- who is not stupid -- was making a big fuss about women who were in the Muslim Brotherhood --- you gotta wonder if she was on the edge of something. And now we have the Libya mess and all. Hmm..... Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
