Islam, as you might know, allows lying in three cases: on the spouse, in times of war (which moslems believe, it's a state they're in now,) and when talking about truce. For advancing Islam even a fanatic moslem (don't know if Samah is) may lie, dress as westeners and talk like them and say what is not in his/her heart Sura 16:106. However Samah might be deceiving or she might be, herself, deceived.
