The cartoons are representative of G-d himself, God is beyond our limited understanding , no Muslim claims that G-d is masculine / feminine....However, we know the attributes and names of G-d this is similar to Jewish theology ,....so the cartoon is based on G-d's names and attributes not a representation of G-d in person or imagery of G-d's image.

If you're going to write something why not be informed, rather than mocking others and spreading wrong information...If your a writer/journalist you would think about disseminating the truth to the people.
