Jason, I agree with you but disagree with your son in law

Jason : It is very true that every muslim blasphemes daily against christ and christianity, judaism and all other religions by recitation of quran. Quranic verses blaspheming against christianity and judaism and calling these and all other religions false and corrupted are read on air waves and printed in newspapers through out the world. but no muslim is ever punished for it or ever apologizes for it nor any christian burns down an embassy of an islamic country.

Some of the quranic verses blaspheming other religions are as follows:

Gods of all other religions shall be the fuel of Hell (21:98-100)
All Gods except Allah are created , dead and false, they all lead to hell ( 16:20-21,25:17-19, 29:41-42,37:22-25)
Jesus was a muslim and a slave/servant of Allah, and not his son (3:52, 4:171-172,4:172, 5:115-117, 5:111-112)
Crucification of Jesus is a lie (4:157)
Doctrine of trinity is infidelity and disbelief, a painful doom awaits for those disbelievers who believe in trinity(5:73)
Christians corrupted the true message (5:14,15)
People of the book (jews and Christians) are evil doers, some of whom were converted into apes and swines for their disbelief (5:59-60)
Jews say Ezra is son of God and Christians say Jesus is son of God, they are liars and perverts, May Allah destroy them (9:30)

Mohammed was sent by Allah as a gift to christians to correct their corruption and misunderstanding of true religion islam (57:28,4:47)

It is ironic that muslims are pampered by the very people muslim's quran calls evil (2:99), diseased (2.10), cursed (2:88), losers(5:53), liars (16:39), worst beasts (8:55) , lowest creatures (58.20), deaf dumb and blind (2.171), decendants of apes and swines (5.60) and perverts (9:30), and who are considered dirty (9:28) like urine, feces, pigs and dogs touching of whom defiles a muslim and requires ablution.

Also Jason, I dont agree with your son in law that the rioters are not acting like muslims. On the contrary they are acting like muslims. In islam crticizing Mohammed or islam is blasphemy punishable by death. They are getting very very angry just like their prophet who used to get very very angy at his criticism and had his critics asassinated.
Overall Mohammed had over 70 of his critics asassinated in his life time. Read a few examples from islamic most reliable sources:

One of the critic was Kab Bin Ashraf:
Bukhari:V4B52N270 "Allah's Messenger said, ‘Who is ready to kill Ashraf? He has said injurious things about Allah and His Apostle.'
Another critic was a poetess Asma Bint Marwan.. She met the same fate:
Sirat Rasul Allah, Ishaq, pages 675, 676.
The apostle said, "Who will rid me of Marwan's daughter?" `Umayr b. `Adiy al-Khatmi who was with him heard him, and that very night he went to her house and killed her. The day after Asma was killed the men of B. Khatma became Muslims because they saw the power of Islam.


You know that a muslim does not even have a right to think for himself, and cannot change the religion of his birth if he wants to; and doing so is punishable by death according to quran and sunna.
Quran 4.89: Kill the renegades
Bukhari:V4B52N260 "The Prophet said, ‘If a Muslim discards his religion, kill him.'"

Mohammed had apostates killed routinely. Here are a few hadiths:

Ishaq:550 ". The reason that Allah's Messenger ordered Andullash Bin Sad slain was because he had become a Muslim and used to write down Qur'an Revelation. Then he apostatized (rejected islam) after becoming suspicious of some verses which prophet changed after his suggestions.

Ishaq:551 The Messenger ordered Miqyas' assassination because he became a renegade by rejecting Islam."

Bukhari:V4B52N260 "Ali burnt some apostates publicly'

So the rioters are being very islamic by rioting and demanding killing of the cartoonists. Same way the nigerian muslims had gone on a rampage and killed 200+ christians after a christian writer had written that Mohammed would have approved of Miss World competition and would have chosen one of them as his wife.
Ask your son in law to go on the ex-muslim websites islam-watch.org and faithfreedom.org to learn the truth about islam. Also to go on thereligionofpeace.com to keep track of how real muslims act every day worldwide.
