how ignorant can u be?

Dear Sir, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO? have you considered the history of the people you are talking about? do u imagine they are sitting at home, their diplomas and degrees hanging on their walls, smoking a pipe and watching the news? and then ignorantly logging on to write a closed minded message... they are not pampered people who have no worries in the world other than freedom of speech.. in fact, most of them are repressed, opressed people who do not have freedom to live peacefully on their own land, let alone freedom of speech.. they have already seen enough, and that happened to be the last straw. besides, dont u know how passionate muslims are about their religion?

just because you value freedom of speech does not mean it is a priority to them. the muslims u have seen rioting pray a minimum of five prayers each day, most days they pray an additional 5 sunna prayers, they read the quran every day, memorizing it and the prophets words, it is not only the most holy and sacred thing in their lives, they are even willing to give their lives (shahada) for the sake of it. so do u think they will a damn about your freedom of speech? is it not enough that they have been stripped of their land? must their holy and sacred be trampled upon to appease this freedom of speech? do u have to rub in this insult into their already open wound? instead of merely reading the Quran, try to have some empathy for these people u simple fool. besides, if this cartoon was truly a test of muslims irrational anger then they should have been prepared for both results.

Four years ago, u knew next to nothing about Islam? believe me , now u know even less. u have read about Arab and Middle Eastern history and studied the Quran with such a biased view that u have learned absolutely nothing. u read only what u wanted to read.
The Quran does not advocate violence, u must know that muslims do not take every single word literally but apply it reasonably to suit our modern times. Also, at that time, almost all women, from all nations, were oppressed, and islam was the first religion to ban slavery. how dare u say u have studied islam?

After 9/11, there were stories of Muslims dancing in the streets and cheering? i for one am a muslim and i have not yet met a single person who was not saddened or angered by the tragedy.

And are u truly surprised that a MAJORITY of Palestinians want to slaughter the Jews of Israel and eliminate that country from the earth? for gods sake what do u want them to do? welcome them into their homes with open arms? if someone was to walk into your home, into your childrens bedroom, im sure u would be singing a different tune.

please, dont flatter ur self by saying that "a small fraction of Muslims are actually trying to kill me", we are not 25. and u are not watch ALL Muslims all over the world rioting and murdering, in response to a few cartoons, from ur tv, only the most extreme cases make the news, otherwise there wouldnt be a story. infact, u sounded even comical when u said "that perhaps even a majority of them harbor a virulent hatred and a murderous intent toward me" i hope u were not serious as almost all muslims dont even know u exist, let alone have any feelings about u.infact, do u know that where i come from, we adore America, to the extent that we hang ur flag right next to ours, and almost every one here has an "i love Bush" t shirt and badge. we even have songs praising America.

if what u have said is not bigotry, i dont know what is. It is misinformed misguided judgment made on the basis of viewing the biased evening news, and of watching the bizarre and barbaric behavior of SOME EXTREME Muslims, whom i do not blame even though i do not share their sentiments, because they have been brought up differently, making them extremely passionate about their faith.
