The future of Mankind!Reader comment on item: Middle East Studies in Upheaval Submitted by Yoven (United States), Jul 25, 2011 at 16:23 Hello Dr. Pipes, Over the years, I feel that I have grown a bit wiser regarding Islamism due to your well inform articles. I think you deserve a standing ovation for you diligent work of enlighten non-Muslims & Muslims alike to the treat that radical Islam poses to mankind. That said Dr., I have a question for you: Not all Muslims are terrorists but almost all terrorist happen to be Muslims. Can we ever co-exist with Islam or will it lead to human destruction? Islam has been expanding ever since it started, sometimes in peaceful ways but mostly by the sword. In India alone, it is estimated that 80million people have died due to Islamic invasions. Should that religion be banned just like communism? Will Islamism not drive humanity to the abyss at the expense of all other religions? Thank you, Yoven

If it has become more retrograde in recent decades, it can also modernize. That should be everyone's goal. << Previous Comment Next Comment >> Reader comments (131) on this item |
