Obama professes his commitment to using military force to halt Iran's nuclear program, but he has no intention of actually doing this. Obama desperately wants Netanyahu to deliver on a Palestinian state. Netanyahu desperately wants Obama to attack Iran. The subtext is blinding obvious but no-one's saying it: we won't do what you want because you won't do what we want! Or, perhaps it's really a case of let's just let things stand as they are because no-one really wants any of the above?
