The US and Israel may have issues in common indeed, but there are many out there who strive to differentiate and disavow any correlation between Anti-Zionism and anti-Americanism. Israel's prime minister attempts to remind the world of this, quoting Iran calling the US the Great Satan while Israel is the Little Satan, but the truth is that there are many Americans as well as countries in the west who are not comfortable being associated with Israel in any significant way.
