It is little comfort

The Arab changes of the guard and the Iranian Nuke ambitions are more formidable when the relations between the US and Israel are strained. Let me rephrase that; they are more formidable when the current administration cannot be counted upon to defend democratic countries and allies when needed.

I do not think that BHO will take any steps during his administration to protect Israel other than to pressure her to delay any action until he is safely out of office. He is not a good model of owning responsibility for anything, let alone foreign policy implementation.
