I found the article to be actually very sound and to make some very good points. You have not presented any opposing arguments to the viewpoints of the article, only saying 'stupidest strategist' ...' Perhaps it would be worth presenting some arguments against their viewpoint instead.

If I had to refute Waltz at length, I would not write this piece. I would rather spend my time offering my ideas than arguing with him.
