Reader comment on item: Kenneth N. Waltz – The Stupidest Strategist?
in response to reader comment: Waiting Upon the LORD for His Will

Very eloquent Mr Tovey, yet in a nutshell, You answered my main question ... Two phrases come to mind, the first is that this is a classical HAWKS vrs. DOVES example. Im the hawk, you are the dove. You want to wait for the second coming before lifting a finger to save yourself or anyone else in the face of the evidence around you. Additionally you propose that we all wait. Doves are thought of often as the symbols of peace, even Biblically. On the other hand hawks are deemed incredibly fierce. Ive already seen the writing on the wall. And I see that the Arab world is rising like it never has before since the rise of the ottoman empire. Perhaps you recall the Crusades? DEUS VOLT. Its not that dis-similar. Muslims took over much territory, killed countless innocents and without much standing in their way in manner of resistance. Very much like Arab spring. Yea, President Obama very much appears to have helped in every way he could short of killing some innocent people himself! Ooops! Oh Yea! That"s right! He did kill some of them himself! He denied aid to the Embassy in Bemgazi prior to, AND during the attack killing at least four Americans. Ill bet you. Mr Tovey still Think Obama is a Christian. Ill bet you still believe he has America"s best interests as a priority. ... You would too if your not willing to face the reality of the physical world. But then as most Doves do, once you have lead us all to the Biblical end, you doves at the point of being asked "will you deny Jesus or will you die?" usually are the first to step aside and beg for life no matter what the cost. TAKE THEM NOT ME! is usually the cry. You will deny Christ. I only hope I dont, and Im not going to make extravagant vows of bravery. The time for peace is over. They have broken the peace repetitively. They understand only force. Let us give them force. There is no more waiting. I could never follow any such person who cannot reasonably balance all the parts of the situation, including the physical and spiritual world, and peace vs action.Good day.
