Perpetuating Arab refugee status provides UNRWA employees a job & it provides the Arab refugees a lot of spare-time to plot their terror attacks against Israel. Perhaps, the Chinese proverb: "Give a man a fish & you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish & you feed him for a life-time" should be printed on those food consignments.
