0bama Is Not Inept

I must respectively disagree with your assessment of 0bama because I do not see him as inept. If 0bama was inept, the law of averages would require that some of his actions and policies would have benefitted the US, whereas everything he has done has weakened the US. Kerry is the worst Secretary of State because he was appointed by the worst president in the history of the US. Autopilot would be better than 0bama. The Zero you see in 0bama's last name is not a typo, that is as good as it gets for the one I consider an illegal alien.
