Does anyone believe that America is the same America it was and should be, a LEADER?

While Susan Rice, now United States National Security Advisor, warns Putin and Russia – who in his sane mind believes that Putin really pays attention to USA lip service - not to intervene in the Ukraine (the Lion that chirps?), Putin is laughing his head off, if not worse.

American diplomacy is, sadly a laughing matter the world over, even the liberal paper LA Times admits it, so what else is there to say?
