You can't fool the children of the revolutionReader comment on item: Netanyahu's Steady Hand Submitted by Frankz (United Kingdom), Jul 5, 2014 at 14:31 "in the long-term, in decades, half a century, certainly a century, radical Islam will decline … because it does not allow for individual freedom and entrepreneurship, which has been the basis of economic development, certainly in the past several centuries. It will decline because it will be defeated by the information technology revolution which will make it very difficult for these regimes and movements to maintain long-term control over the minds of young people." LOL, Only a child of the 60s would give this serious contemplation. If this argument was valid militant Islam would be on the decline now. Not at a future figment of the imagination period in time. This is the same nonsensical gumph that was supposed to make the Arab Spring an inevitable waxing tide of democracy. A lot can happen in half a century, especially in the "information age" If militant Islam ever declines it will most likely be because there is nobody left to fight.
