of Jews and yellow dogs.Reader comment on item: Netanyahu's Steady Hand Submitted by Michael S (United States), Feb 26, 2015 at 04:23 Hi, Anne I agree wth all you said, and will comment on just one thing -- the upcoming US Presidential election. There certainly are some candidates who have common sense and will do what is right for humanity. Two that I can think of are Mike Huckabee and Paul Ryan. On the Democrat side, I don't know of any. There are some decent, personable Democrats around, including my own congressman; but the party itself is so far gone on the road to perdition, I don't think there is any way of redeeming it. One thing is almost certain about the coming election: Israel will not be a major issue. Neither will Islam, or any specific issue overseas. The Chinese will, of course, be the chief bogeymen; but actual issues, such as the disputed islands will not even be mentioned. The focus will probably be etirely domestic, and focused on some irrelevant character issues and other BS. In the end, the voters as a whole are likey to cast completely uninformed votes based on the emotional jargon that is best presented by well-funded special interest groups. Through this process, we will not end up with leaders "concerned t do what's right for humanity", but leaders God has chosen for His work. Obama is a terrible President, though we could have gotten much worse; and I have no doubt that God cast th deciding vote for him in both elections. PS. The majority of US Jews will probably vote Democrat, even if the candidate is yellow dog.
