A Way to Contain the New Turkey

This is a very attractive proposition. You seem to indicate that Turkey might go for such a plan but, aside from taking away some of its population and territory, Kurdistan would take away a lot of Turkey's power and influence. The way the map above is drawn, it would create a buffer between Turkey and the rest of the "Middle East." We should be promoting this concept through our diplomatic channels.
