SolutionsReader comment on item: 50 Years of Dangerous Immigration Legislation Submitted by Stu Fagin (United States), Oct 6, 2015 at 14:41 1. Repeal the 1965 law, and spass a replacement that greatly diminishes the immigration rate. 2. Amend the Constitution to eliminate the birthright citizenship provision. Create a controlled and deliberate process for determining who becomes a US citizen, and not one that is subject to the accident of where a birth occurs. 3. Assuming the current administration executive action of issuing green cards to illegals takes hold, then, (upon a Republican administration coming to power) revoke all green cards and reissue new cards (call them blue cards) to only those who have entered the country legally. 4. Build a full fence along the southern border to stem illegal immigration. 5. Elect Republicans.
