Real refugees

Actually, I never knew about Steve Jobb's parents or lineage. Unlike your Arab heroes, here in the USA we're not tribal, we embrace immigration, so we don't think or worry much about where someone's parents came from. I never gave a thought to where Steve Jobb's parents came from. If you stay in Australia long enough, maybe you'll become accustomed to that way of thinking. Now that I do know, however, I'm very happy his Arab father deserted him so he was raised by an ordinary family in the USA, where his creative talents could blossom. Had he been raised in the middle east, there would be no IPhone, no Apple Corporation.

Yes, we're all perfectly aware of who built the first railways in America, and the other countless contributions of our Chinese immigrants. Immigration from China to the USA continues to increase. I have many Chinese colleagues, and I hear Chinese spoken every day at my workplace. And, yes, we know about the German Kaiser who coined the term "yellow peril" over a hundred years ago.

No I don't want to push out the Syrian refugees (aka ISIS soldiers). I'd prefer not to allow them in to begin with. Put another way, we should allow in the same number of Syrian refugees that Saudi Arabia has, which is zero (despite sharing a language and culture). I'd be happy to bring in the real refugees though, Christians and Yazidis. We have many Armenians in the USA, who also came here fleeing from their Muslim neighbors who murdered them by the thousands during the Armenian genocide that Muslims say never happened.
