What does the future holdReader comment on item: 50 Years of Dangerous Immigration Legislation Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Oct 9, 2015 at 15:06 Dr Pipes I have no difficulty with any color race gender language or even religion as long as those that move to our shores should be part of the melting pot Take the case of Houston with 25% of the population born else where and now it has 4th largest GDP in the US and it also surpasses countries like Austria and SA in terms of GDP and indeed immigration changed it from a sleepy Texas town to a great metropolis I cannot imagine a place like LA without Mexicans or Atlanta without African Americans or New Orleans without its Vietnamese people and I'm sure if they disappear over night they will have to be re invented Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
