I am surprised that this came to you as a shock . As for the Gulf oil revenues, you do notice not a major change from 2010 to 2015. So where is the big deal? How can one feel bad about these countries where so many billions are pouring in and not too many of them go to charity? Am sorry, I cannot feel bad about that. As for booze and bikini, how can you not consider this behavior as being hypocritical? All to say, yes the Gulf is different from the rest of the Arab world but it still have progress to do before it can compare itself to America.
